Where the buildings tower, where the roads are labyrinthine, where even at night it is as bright as day, where all kinds of human beings live, depending on the city for their survival and becoming the driving force behind its functioning. But people may not realize that for every building they build, for every viaduct they lay, for every extra light that stays on all night, how many natural environments are damaged, how many other creatures are deprived of their homes, so that when they look up, they can no longer see the familiar starry sky. People may never care where they go from here, but life is tenacious, and in order to survive they will force themselves to adapt to new environments, to humans, to the city. People may never realize that it's not just the wild that's sharing the city with them.
